Welcome to Bearfoot Living.
This work is personal—the culmination of trauma, recovery, queerness, and the long road back to my body, belonging, and what it means to be fully alive.

Bearfoot Living is a grounded, embodied space. Not some nebulous concept or abstract idea—but a practice. This is where healing gets real: messy, sacred, fierce, and tender. It’s work. And it’s worth it. It isn’t about fixing, leading, or diagnosing. It’s about remembering, integrating, and healing in a powerful, transformative way.
My role is to hold space, offer tools, and walk beside you as you find your way home. Together, we create room for more regulation, clarity, and connection—to yourself and those you care about.
