Most of the men I work with aren't falling apart. They're functioning, capable, and thoughtful. On the surface, life may even look stable. 

What they can't quite explain is why they feel tense, disconnected, or not fully at ease in their bodies. Or why relationships, intimacy, or closeness feel harder than they used to or "should."

This usually isn't because something is "wrong." It's because your body learned how to respond to stress, shame, or uncertainty in ways that once made sense, and those patterns may no longer be serving you. This work helps you notice what's happening in your body, understand how it's shaping your life, and learn how to relate to yourself and others with more ease, presence, and connection. 

How to Work With Me

There's no one right way to begin. Everything starts with a conversation.

Start with a Discovery Call

If you're curious—or just not sure what you need yet—we'll spend 30 minutes getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's been feeling off, what you're hoping for, and whether this work feels like a good fit.   

No pressure, no sales pitch, no expectation that you have it all figured out.

Choose What Fits

If we decide to move forward, we'll choose a level of support that feels right for you. That usually means working together over time...long enough for patterns to show themselves and for change to actually take hold. 

For some people, that begins with a short series of sessions. For others, it looks like a longer-term commitment. We'll talk honestly about what's realistic and what will be most supportive.

Begin the Work

This isn't about quick fixes or pushing through discomfort.

 

It's about staying with what's happening in your body and learning how to respond differently over time, in ways that carry into your daily life and relationships.

Show up as you are. I'll hold the space. Together, we'll work with what matters.
