Individual Session
A 50-minute session for focused support, ongoing integration, or one-time guidance.
Service Description
Who this is for: This session is for current or returning clients who want to continue the work, drop in for a refresher, or reconnect after a pause. It’s also available for new clients seeking a one-time experience or exploring a specific issue. Whether you're navigating a spike in stress, recalibrating after a shift, or simply needing support, this session offers a grounded space to land. What to expect: Each session is 50 minutes and shaped by what’s present for you. Our work together may include somatic practices (body-based awareness), mindful inquiry, or reflective conversation—depending on what’s arising in the moment. There’s no set formula; we follow what feels most alive and useful. What you’ll walk away with: You may experience more clarity, nervous system regulation, or insight around whatever you're bringing in. This might include embodied tools, new awareness, or simply a sense of being witnessed and seen. Why this might be helpful: This is a flexible way to stay connected to your work. It can serve as a continuation after a package, a check-in when tools aren’t landing like they used to, or a reentry point after time away. It’s also available to those not ready or able to commit to a full series but who still want meaningful support. How to prepare: This is your time, and we want it to have value. Bring what’s present, and if possible, come with a clear intention for the session. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—just a willingness to show up.
