The Integration Path (12 Sessions)
A twelve-session journey to build trust, deepen capacity, and stay with what’s real.
Service Description
Who this is for: This package is for those ready to commit to deeper, sustained inner work. Ideal for clients navigating long-standing patterns, life transitions, identity shifts, or a desire to embody what they’ve already started to heal. It’s especially supportive for people who want a consistent, grounded relationship to anchor their growth and integration over time. What to expect: You’ll receive twelve 50-minute sessions, typically spaced weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. This work unfolds over time—with space to deepen, return, unlearn, and reclaim. Sessions may include somatic awareness, trauma-informed guidance, embodiment practices, mindful inquiry, or reflective coaching. The arc is co-created: we follow what’s alive, stay with what’s hard, and build trust as we go. What you’ll walk away with: Over time, you may experience a profound shift in how you relate to your body, your emotions, your needs, and your relationships. This is slow, deep work that supports nervous system resilience, emotional honesty, and a felt sense of safety and clarity. You may leave with tools, language, and practices—but more importantly, with a relationship to yourself that feels steadier and more alive. Why this might be helpful: Twelve sessions allow us to build real trust and momentum. The extra time helps us move beyond the surface and into sustained exploration, especially when working with long-held patterns or deeper integration. It offers enough spaciousness for both intensity and rest—because healing doesn’t happen in a straight line. How to prepare: Bring your whole self. Come with questions, grief, desire, or confusion. No need to be ready or resolved—just willing to stay in the process. Package rate: This series is offered at $1,404 total ($117 per session), a savings compared to the $130 individual session rate.
